Countries failed to find consensu s on the resolution entitled "Effective, inclusive and sustainable multilateral action towards climate justice" at the 6th session of the UN Environment Assembly (UNEA-6) held recently in Nairobi, Kenya.

The past two decades of prolific global counter-terrorism efforts have not been matched by an equally robust commit ment to human rights, according to the newly appointed Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms while countering terrorism, Mr Ben Saul.
