COP28 : What to expect at the Dubai climate talks (PRIV)

The annual climate talks under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Kyoto Protocol (KP) and the Paris Agreement (PA) will take place from 30 November to 12 December in Dubai, UAE. Over 100 world leaders are expected at the high-level segment o f the talks in the first week.

Thi s distracts attention from how they became wealthy while emitting greenhouse gases.
