WTO : Informal DSS reform discussions creating "information asymmetry" (PRIV)

India, South Africa, and Egypt on 27 November apparently inveighed against the ongoing informal discussions convened by the facilitator overseeing the reform of the World Trade Organization's dispute settlement system (DSS), cautioning that the process seemingly lacks integrity and is creating an "information asymmetry", said people familiar with the discussions.
