WTO : India concedes extra market access to US poultry products, other items (PRIV)

The United States has apparently secur ed enhanced market access for several products including frozen turkey and duc k, and fresh, frozen, dried and processed blueberries and cranberries, in a tr ade dispute that was first launched by Washington at the World Trade Organizati on in 2012 against India's restrictions on several poultry products due to Avian influenza, said people familiar with the development.

WHO : INB Bureau to develop another draft negotiating text (PRIV)

In the drafting group meeting of the Intergovernmen tal Negotiating Body (INB), held on 4-6 September, Member States decided to entrust the Bureau to develop another draft text of the WHO convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, prepare dness and response (the pandemic instrument).
