The World Trade Organization's Director-General Ms Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala apparently has the final word on whether to pursue her alleged grand project to create a "Transformation Off ice" to develop a "vision and strategy" for the Secretariat, but members' views rem ain mixed on the project, which most likely has budgetary implications, said me mbers familiar with the development.
