India and South Africa have called at the World Trade Organization for ensuring that global electronic commerce delivers inclusive and equitable development for developing countries, particularly in advancing their global digital industrialization, including the termination of the moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions that have entailed huge fiscal costs, said people, who asked not to be quoted.
