Trade : WTO outlines methodology for Canada to retaliate in paper dispute (PRIV)

A panel of arbitrators at the World Trade Organization (WTO) has determined the methodology that Canada may apply to fix the level of suspension of concessions or other obligations against the US in the goods sector if, in the future, the US decides to apply countervailing duties on Canadian goods based on a measure that has been found to be WTO-inconsistent.
