Trade : WTO Members still far apart on many issues five weeks before MC12 (PRIV)

With less than five weeks left before the World Trade Organization's 12th ministerial conference (MC12), members remain far apart on the proposed deliverables, the structure and format of MC12, as well as on the outcome document among others, said people familiar with the discussions at a WTO General Council (GC) meeting on 9 May.

UN : HRC to hold special session on deteriorating situation in Ukraine (PRIV)

The United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) will be holding a special session on 12 May to address "the deteriorating human rights situation in Ukraine stemming from the Russian aggression."
