Clash of narratives on data flows between UNCTAD, US & WTO (PRIV)

As the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) convenes e-Commerce Week on "data and digitalization for development" from 25 April, the United States as well as the WTO director-general are allegedly pushing an anti-developmental agenda on data flows that appears to be inimical to the interests of the developing countries, said people familiar with the development.
