Ahead of the WTO's 12th ministerial conference (MC12) to be held in Geneva in end-November, the seemingly growing "lawlessness" in several areas of work, including in the arena of domestic regulation in services, remains the biggest threat to the existence of the multilateral trading system, said people familiar with the development.
