Several countries have opposed any negotiating sessions in a hybrid format at the World Trade Organization's 12th ministerial conference (MC12) that is likely to start in Geneva on 30 November, highlighting the pitfalls due to the raging COVID-19 pandemic and lack of vaccination across countries, said people familiar with the development.
