Renewed fighting in Jonglei State over the past week has sharply worsened South Sudan's already dire humanitarian crisis, marked by food insecurity, disease outbreaks and the impact of catastrophic floods, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
