Trade : Trump calls for MFN drug prices, non-MFN tariffs for trade partners (PRIV)

In a seemingly clear display of double standards, United States President Donald Trump has called on major pharmaceutical companies "to provide MFN (most-favoured-nation) prices to every single Medicaid patient" in the US, while at the same time imposing non-MFN reciprocal tariffs on the members of the World Trade Organization, said people familiar with the development.

Sudan : WFP warns of starvation in El Fasher as humanitarian crisis deepens (PRIV)

One year since famine was first confirmed in Sudan's Zamzam camp in North Darfur, families trapped inside the besieged state capital, El Fasher, are facing starvation, the UN World Food Programme (WFP) warned on 5 August.
