The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has warned that refugees in Kenya are at risk of heightened levels of food insecurity as critical funding shortages have forced the agency to reduce food assistance "to the lowest levels ever recorded."

UN : Need for urgent funding for Syria crisis, Security Council told (PRIV)

Humanitarian needs remain immense across Syria and the international donor community needs to act fast and increase humanitarian funding "to help Syrians return, build back, get back on their feet, and to reduce humanitarian need," according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
