Trade : US, China agree to temporary ceasefire in Trump's tariff & trade war (PRIV)

The United States and China on 12 May in Geneva announced a temporary ceasefire in their heightened tariff and trade war, agreeing to slash their respective tariffs by 115% following the Trump administration's imposition of tariffs against China and other countries over the past 90 days.

UN : UNFPA calls on US to reconsider decision to halt future funding (PRIV)

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has called on the United States of America to reconsider its decision to deny future funding to the only UN agency dedicated to reproductive health and rights, warning that it will further strain the already-stretched global public health system.
