Trade : Trump unveils "reciprocal tariff policy", damaging global trade (PRIV)

United States President Donald Trump on 2 April announced an offensive reciprocal tariff policy, claiming that it would herald a new "Golden Age" for America after being allegedly "ripped off" and "cheated" by "both friend and foe alike", while breaking with its eighty-year-old trade orthodoxy based on the most-favoured-nation (MFN) framework.
