Trade : WTO members praise Ukraine for pursuing robust trade policies (PRIV)

Many countries on 28 February praised Ukraine at the World Trade Organization for the "exemplary resilience and determination of the Ukrainian people and the capacity of Ukraine's economy to adapt to unprecedented challenges," in sharp contrast to the seeming humiliation heaped on Ukraine's President by US President Donald Trump and his deputy at the White House on the same day.

UN : Colombia urged to protect civilians amid violence by armed groups (PRIV)

The presence of non-State armed groups and criminal organizations throughout Colombia and their violent strategies to maintain social control continue to impact on the civilian population and undermine governance in the territories, according to the UN Human Rights Office.
