The closing plenary of the 60th meeting of the UNFCCC's subsidiary bodies (SB60), which took place in Bonn, Germany, began late evening of 13 June, and concluded early morning o f 14 June, setting the stage for very tough negotiations, which will take pla ce in Baku, Azerbaijan, in November later this year, mainly over issues on financ e and mitigation.
