The new chair of the World Trade Organization's Committee on Trade and Environment (CTE) on 12 June shared ideas on how to advance thematic sessions on a few topics in the rather com plex and controversial arena of trade and climate change, including trade-relate d climate measures, where there is no clear mandate from the recent WTO's 13t h ministerial conference (MC13) in Abu Dhabi, said people familiar with the development.
