Australia, Singapore and Japan, the three co-convenors of the ongoing plurilateral Joint Statement Initiative (JSI) negotiations on electronic commerce, have issued a seemingly "emaciated" dr aft Chair's text, appearing to settle for an agreement that belies the initial high-ambition expectations after five years of laboured negotiations, said people familiar with the draft text.
