The new chair of the WTO General Council, Ambassador Dacio Castillo from Honduras, wants "to discuss how to advance work towards a possible MC12 document", notwithstanding the sharp polarization between developed countries and a large majority of developing countries on their respective deliverables, said people familiar with the development.
