Ministers underline significance of WTO amid moves by Trump (PRIV)

Trade ministers and senior officials from almost two dozen countries gathering in Davos, Switzerland on 24 January reaffirmed the "significance of the WTO and the rules-based, transparent, and predictable multilateral trading system", notwithstanding the seemingly "dark clouds" enveloping the global trading system and other international institutions due to the proposed actions by the new Trump administration, said people familiar with the development.
