Thirteen trade ministers are expected to initiate the first steps in Ottawa, Canada on Wednesday for launching a new round of trade negotiations in Astana, Kazakhstan in June 2020, that could fundament ally transform the World Trade Organization from a multilateral to a plurilatera l trade body almost on a permanent footing, trade envoys told SUNS.
